The opportunity
Etex, headquartered in Belgium, manufactures and sells building materials worldwide and has an annual revenue of €2.9B. They needed a solution that could:
- Provide them with more visibility into their channel partners – i.e. their contractors
- Train their contractors to learn how to better install their products and lower the high customer complaints and improve their customer success
Partner Impact
The initial project covered Chile and Colombia – each with 20,000 participants (40,000 total) – For 2020, similar projects will be launched for Brazil and Peru and, in the future, the program will be expanded worldwide.
Fielo incentivizes Etex’s professionals to have better and constant training (using Fielo’s e-Learning module) combined with calendars for external (on-site) training events. Also, contractor visibility was gained through incentivizing profile completion, surveys, and analysis products sold/consumed with Fielo’s Invoice Upload feature.
